Refund Policy

Beyond Concierge Medical Refund Policy The following sets forth our policy for cancellation of accounts and refunds of fees. It is subject to and made a part of our Terms of Use (“Terms”). Capitalized terms have the meanings given to them in the Terms. There is a minimum commitment period of 3 months (the first 3 months following a person's initial subscription to the services) (“Initial Subscription Period”). You cannot cancel during this Initial Subscription Period. After the initial 3 months, you can cancel the subscription as set forth in this policy. If you wish to cancel your subscription, notify us at least 30 days before the end of your subscription term (via an email to [email protected]). You may also request to pause your subscription for up to 90 days. Your subscription gets renewed automatically at the end of each subscription month unless you cancel 30 days prior to the end of the subscription month. You can alter your program of our Services at any time of usage, however Beyond Concierge Medical does not refund any fees and will bill the difference for higher pricing tiers in advance of ordering medication. If you stop using our Services before the end of your subscription term, we will not refund you the fees paid by you for any period remaining in the subscription term. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Beyond Concierge Medical Service(s) for any reason, without notice at any time. Fraud: Without limiting any other rights or remedies at law or equity, Beyond Concierge Medical may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or investigation, or otherwise, forcefully removed our branding) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the services offered by us. Note: No refunds are offered if a subscription plan is cancelled prior to the end of the month. Monthly Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policies Beyond Concierge Medical charges and collects subscription fees in advance for use of the Services. All subscription fees are non refundable. Once a customer selects a subscription plan and provides billing information, Beyond Concierge Medical will bill each month with the first payment due on signing. All subscriptions renew automatically on their due renewal date according to date of purchase until 30 days following official written cancellation. After the Initial Subscription Period, customers may cancel with 30 days’ notice by emailing: [email protected]. If the effective date of such cancellation is the middle of the next billing period, you will be charged for the next billing period. Customers will receive an email from Beyond Concierge Medical confirming that their subscription to the Services has been cancelled. Important: No refunds or credits for partial months of service will be refunded to a customer upon cancellation. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and the customer is responsible for payments of all such taxes, levies, or duties. Any currency exchange settlements are based on the customer's agreement with the payment method provider. To be clear: these charges are the customer's responsibility. Customers can alter their subscription plan for the Services at any time. The customer may alter their subscription through the Beyond Concierge Medical patient application or by emailing [email protected]. The chosen method of billing will automatically be charged the new subscription rate on the next billing cycle. The new subscription rate will be applied at a pro rata basis for difference in cost of protocols. With regards to changes to lower cost subscription, Beyond Concierge Medical does not issue refunds or credits for partial monthly services billed at a higher level. Beyond Concierge Medical reserves the right to refuse/cancel a subscription to any of the Services bought from Beyond Concierge Medical.com, If Beyond Concierge Medical refuses a new or renewing subscription/membership, the consumer will be offered a refund on pro-rata basis of the remaining days in subscription plan purchased. These above policies apply to all of the Services listed on Beyond Concierge Medical unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials.
