All subscription plans require a minimum commitment of 90 days. Following this period, we require a 30-day notice via email to [email protected] to cancel your services. Primary care, urgent care or per visit and vial plans can be cancelled at any time.

If the provider determines medications are not necessary in your treatment plan, you will simply be charged the consultation appointment fee. All pricing is available on our Services & Booking page.

Our pharmacy partnerships often allow us to ensure the lowest possible cost for any medications prescribed in your treatment plan. If you prefer trying to utilize insurance-based pharmacy benefits, we can send your prescription to any pharmacy of your choice. We are happy to assist with any prior authorizations involved in this process. Please note that most local pharmacies do not honor our pricing and we are unable to assist with the costs associated with utilizing this option.

Each vial has an expiration date printed on it. Once the cap is removed, the medicine is stable/usable for 45 days with proper refrigeration. We take these expirations into account when ordering your supply.

You will receive your supply up front & be charged in installments spread over the course of your supply. For example: if you elect a 90 day supply you pay the first month, we ship the supply, and automatic payments are drafted every 30 days for subsequent payments. We are unable to cancel or pause multi-month plans until payment is collected in full.

We collaborate with a number of pharmacies to ensure appropriate access to needed medications and your continuity of care. The provider will order necessary medications (as applicable) at the frequency indicated in your treatment plan and they will be shipped to your door. It can take 5-7 business days to receive your supply. You will receive tracking information once it's available.

Visits: Our peptide programs include a consultation/initial visit resulting in a treatment plan, and visits every 90 days (or sooner if needed/requested).

Labs & Monitoring: We run initial and maintenance labs to ensure your treatment plan is safe & effective. Weekly symptom trackers and as-needed messaging & appointments with our clinical team. Thetreatment plans are adjusted as needed in response to labs, symptoms, patient request, and clinical judgement.

Peptide delivery: Vials and syringes in 30, 60, or 90 day quantities. The most common option is 90 days which ensures the lowest possible cost to our patients through reduced shipping prices.

We offer a number of peptide programs. Many patients come to us from another provider and would like to continue the medicine they are already on. Others have done research and have preferences for where they'd like to start. Our programs are available for review/booking on our services page. If you aren't sure where to start, you can also book a Peptide Consult and review the options with the provider!

We have a partnership with LabCorp and will send lab orders to them directly. You will receive notification once they've been ordered. LabCorp can look up your lab order on site with your name, date of birth, and ordering physician: Jonathan Hinds. You can visit any LabCorp site convenient to you. Use the following link to look up convenient locations or schedule a visit: https://www.labcorp.com/labs-and-appointments We are also happy to supply a generic lab form if you prefer another laboratory in your area. If possible, please fast for these labs. If you are unable to do so, labs may be obtained without fasting. Of note, there may be a lower wait time in the afternoon (for walk in visits) as most people who do need to fast for their panels go in the morning.Alternatively, if you've had your labs done for a physical within the last 12 months, we are happy to accept those and save you a blood draw! Results can be emailed to [email protected].

Desired lab values are:

  • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)
  • Complete Blood Count (CBC)
  • Thyroid Panel
  • Insulin (Fasting preferred, if possible)
  • HbA1c
  • Hormones, as relevant

For any medical emergencies, please dial 9-1-1 or report to your nearest emergency room immediately.

We do not accept any public or private insurance plans, cost-sharing, or any other similar methods of payment. Clients are solely responsible for the cost of all services.

We are happy to provide invoices for reimbursement upon request.

Once enrolled in a program, you must email [email protected] 30 days prior to cancellation. If you are enrolled in a multi-month plan, we are unable to cancel before the subscription term ends, as the cost of the medicine supply you receive is spread over several months. You may, however, email us thatyou do not with to renew a multi-month plan with 30 days notice as above.

Book a consultation or specialized appointment. Complete medical intake. Complete labs (varies by program). Complete your visit with the provider. Receive your treatment plan (medications/maintenance labs/maintenance visits as determined appropriate by the provider) & enroll in your program. Receive any prescribed medications and supplies.

Any person 18 years of age or older. A resident of the United States or someone physically located within the United States. Anyone with a demonstrated medical need for treatment as established with our providers.
